First Year Coverage

Contractor warrants the Home and all components of the home.

First 2 Years Coverage

Contractor warrants that all components of plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning delivery system of the home.

First 10 Years Coverage

Contractor warrants the major structural components of the home will substantially comply with the performance standards for foundation and major structural components of a home. Examples: Foundation, Beams, columns, load bearing portions of the walls and partitions etc.
